Our well-established client is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Bognor Regis office.
The candidate will need experience working within conveyancing, with good knowledge of all residential property areas. They will be working directly for an extremely busy fee earner who has an outstanding reputation through Bognor Regis and West Sussex - flexible hours can be considered - fully office based role.
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) per year, time off between Christmas and New Year in addition to annual leave allowance, 2 office socials a year (summer and Christmas) and free parking at the office and all other offices, pay reviews happen in October and bonuses are given at the directors' discretion.
Ideal salary £22,500 - £26,000 but could be reconsidered for an outstanding candidate.
