We are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal for a highly regarded law firm in Cheltenham.

You will manage sale and purchase files under the supervision of a fee earner and your duties will include:
- Raising enquiries and preparing client
- Acquiring, checking and drafting key legal documents & title deeds
- Completion of all relevant paperwork in a timely manner and proactively updating clients throughout the matter lifecycle.
- Creating and amending property related documentation.
- Advising clients on the technical content of documents and their potential implications
- Ensuring all files comply with Company policies and regulatory framework.
- Replying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries in a timely manner
- Updating our case management system.
About you
- You will have already gained at least 2 years' experience working in a residential conveyancing department.
- You must have had previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal, competently running files from start to finish, working closely with a Fee Earner.
- Must have proficient at running freehold purchase files.
- Ideally you will have experience in leasehold and new build purchases.
- You must be self-motivated, organised and possess excellent communication skills.
- A positive "can do" attitude is key to our culture and business model.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential.
