Conveyancing Fee Earner

people2people are recruiting for a well-established reputable law firm in the heart of the North, with over 14 different office locations. This position, based South-East of Birmingham, will see you join the office as a Conveyancing Fee Earner. Based in office 5 days a week your role will involve but is not limited too the following:

• Management of your own caseload and new enquiries
• Experience dealing with residential property matters from inception through to conclusion
• Communicating directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Take part in networking and Business Development

About you:

• Qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) is highly desirable.
• Experience managing case load
• Proficiently able to handle a high volume of cases confidently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You will have drive and demonstrate the ability to produce a high standard of work
• Ability to network and drive your business development
• Be a strong team player
