Are you a skilled conveyancing professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic legal practice? Join an esteemed firm nestled along the historic Mersey docks in Birkenhead, Wirral. I am currently seeking a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join this team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a variety of conveyancing matters, providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of PQE and be adept at handling a caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and targets.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal procedures.
