Legal Secretary - ConveyancingRugeley - Office Based / Part Time (Monday / Friday + 1 other day of choice)£20,000 - £25,000 Pro RataThe FirmDelighted to be working with one of Redditch leading Highstreet Legal Firms to find a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing Team in an exciting position based in Redditch. With modern offices close by to commuter links, and an extremely competitive salary, this is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Redditch. This role is Part Time, and working days need to be Monday / Friday and any other day of choice. The Role of a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:- Providing full support in Conveyancing department to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial capacity with some of the main duties including Diary management- Email management- Draft email / correspondence- Opening / Closing of files- Preparation of expense claims- Liaising with clients in person and over the phone- Travel booking- Preparing bundles- Answering the telephone and dealing with queriesSkills and Qualifications of a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:- Previous Legal secretarial experience - Excellent document production skills- Self motivated- Minimum 60wpm typing speed- Methodical and organised approach- Ability to cope under pressure- Ability to prioritise- Be pro-active and deliver quality service to clientsIf you are interested in this Conveyancing Legal Secretary role in Redditch, and believe you have the skills to match what our client is looking for then please apply within or send your CV to for immediate consideration or a confidential chat.
