SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a Ashton-Under-Lyne based multi-service law firm.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm fully office based
The role involves working for a Partner on residential property cases alongside a team of three other secretaries. You will be required to have previous property experience at legal secretarial level.
You will be working within a friendly team environment and provide a professional attitude at all times. Duties will include typing of general correspondence, SDLT forms, processing land registry searches, answering the telephone and dealing with client queries, dealing with diary management, and all general administration support.
