A mortgage brokerage based in Southampton, offering a unique opportunity to work Part-Time and flexible hours as a Mortgage Advisor with all leads provided, administrative support and a friendly work environment.
The company believe in offering a real work life balance to their team, which means you’ll have the opportunity to choose the days and times you work over the week, the only requirement is a Wednesday team meeting, the remaining schedule can be adjusted to fit around your requirements and responsibilities.
About the Mortgage Advisor role
As a residential Mortgage Advisor for the brokerage, you will be working Part Time flexible hours from the office based in Fareham.
You'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network, which have an exceptional 1 in 2 conversion rate. It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
Mortgage Advisor key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
• Maintain clear communication between the support, administration and protection teams

The Mortgage Advisor package

• Office based in Fareham
• £27k (Pro rata)
• 15% Commission post validation
• 22 days holiday pro rata
• In house training and support
• Leads provided
• Administrative support post submission
• 5% kick back for successful protection referrals

• CeMap Qualified
