My client is at a medium sized, multi office firm that is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant who is driven and ambitious to join and support their team. The firm is looking for a team player who is very keen and enthusiastic to get stuck in as this role would be a very hands-on, full-time office role however full support is always given when needed.
The role is for a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Secretary, who has at least one year of experience working in property. The role will be strictly supporting 2-3 fee-earners on their residential property files at any given point. This will include admin tasks, drafting contracts, covering exchanges, doing necessary searches, and drafting completion statements, among other things.
This role is available as the team has a very busy workload so therefore is needing some extra support. This is a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors in order to develop your skills further.
Requirements
A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).
At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.
Experience using case management systems.
Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
