Form of workSF Recruitment's Proffesional services division is seeking experienced Paralegal Assistants with a background in conveyancing to join a legal firm offering comprehensive legal support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy residential property team and handle a diverse range of matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and leaseholds.
About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and motivated paralegal who can confidently manage their own caseload while working under the supervision of a team leader. Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systems are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a busy caseload, including conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, and reporting findings
- Order, check, and report on routine property searches
- Review mortgage offers and communicate with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Provide support to the Team Leader and assist other team members as needed
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong organisational skills
- Background in conveyancing
- Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage own caseload
- Team player with strong communication skills
