Job Description
- Provide paralegal support for staircasing and resales within the property sector.
- Prepare legal documents and agreements related to property transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on the latest property laws and regulations.
- Manage client interactions and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle administrative duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Staircasing and Resale Paralegal should have:
- A degree in Law or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
