Form of workI'm looking for a residential property-focused Conveyancing Paralegal to work with my highly regarded client, which is a reputable industry expert based in Deansgate, Manchester.
You would have obtained experience with both registered and unregistered properties, freehold and leasehold (including leasehold flats).
You will be working on a very interesting caseload as the workload is not your typical ‘off the street' conveyancing and the team has chosen not to act for lenders, as the team exclusively serves its current Court of Protection and private clients with residential property services.
About you
- Experienced in opening a file from initial instruction and able to work on this from interception to completion
- Have already gained at least 12 months experience of residential conveyancing
- Handle every facet of sales and purchase transactions, from the initial instructions to the post completion of the SDLT return at HMRC and the Land Registry title registration
- Completed either a law degree or the PGDL or ILEX legal qualifications including land/property law
- My client is passionate about developing and training and does offer progression into other roles as well as offering training contracts
Upon completing initial training hybrid working is available.
