I am recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm in Lancaster renowned for their excellence across a number of different law areas but with a strong focus on Private Client & conveyancing.
With a strong reputation built on trust, integrity, and professionalism, they are dedicated to providing top-tier legal services to their clients.
This firm are seeking a motivated and ambitious law graduate to join their team.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors and gain invaluable hands-on experience in Private Client and conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with a wide range of Private Client & conveyancing matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, land registry applications and stamp duty land tax (SDLT) return and payment
- Preparing standard correspondence and documents
- Property searches
- Updating case management system and database
- Speaking with clients and taking initial instructions
Ideally the successful candidate will have recently graduated or be a law graduate with a keen interest in Private Client and conveyancing law.  You will have an ambitious and driven nature and want to succeed.
