Residential Property Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing assistant or paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm, based in their Central London office.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and efficient legal assistant, with experience of working in a conveyancing department.
As a Residential Paralegal, you will be supporting on a caseload of:
Sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfer of equityRight to buyShared ownershipNew buildsDuties will include (but not limited to):
File opening & AML complianceDealing with administrative completion and post completion tasksDrafting financial statements and invoicesSubmitting AP1 and SDLT formsYou will be given the chance to work with, and learn from, respected solicitors in the industry as you look to progress with your career.
Experience:
