As a Commercial Property Assistant, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the property management team. Responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of Commercial Property documentation, conducting property research, and liaising with clients to ensure seamless operations.
The role demands a meticulous individual with a flair for organisation and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be integral in facilitating the smooth running of the property portfolio, contributing to the firm's reputation for delivering exceptional service.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role within a professional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software (desirable)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
