SalaryTop Legal 500, full service practice located close to Westminster are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Secretary to join their team.
This will be to join an established team consisting of 3 partners, 3 solicitors and two legal executives. All supported by a team of paralegals and legal secretaries.
Experience to include:
- Administrative and secretarial duties
- File management
- Document preparation and amending
- Sales, Purchases & Transfers of Equity
- Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms as well as drafting statements and invoices
Candidates will have gained previous experience working in a similar role and will possess a strong understanding of residential property and conveyancing.
Excellent organisational skills are essential coupled with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
