A well-established Law Firm is looking for qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing to join their team.
You will have strong skills and experience of handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
Comfortable in dealing with a 60+ caseload.
Responsibilities
Liaising effectively and appropriately with clients and third parties.
Managing caseloads from instruction through to completion.
Dealing with Sales and Purchases, Freehold and Leasehold.
Dealing with Remortgages, Right to Buy, Transfer of Equity cases.
Corresponding with clients, agents, lenders, and providers in a timely manner.
Raising enquiries on the title and documentation received and dealing with responses to enquiries.
