A highly reputable, multi service law firm which has an exceptional reputation across the North West is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their high performing property department based in Altrincham however the role will be home based at least 2-3 days per week.

The Role
* Handle a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases and TOE files from inception to completion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
* Delegate work to the assistant or support staff
* Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
* Deal with and raise enquires
The Candidate
* Possess a minimum of 1-2 years fee earning experience in a residential property role
* Must be a qualified solicitor - Any level of PQE
* Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have the ability to build strong client relationships
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills
