Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor who is able to work independently on their own residential matters.
This is a great role for somebody who is looking to work in a busy team with job security and a great pipeline of work for 2024.
You would be working 100% remotely with regular check ins with your manager. Our client can be flexible with when the work is done but this is a full time position so part-time hours will not work.
There is a case management system and support from the Conveyancing Solicitor who will pass work to you for you to run independently. If you are a more junior solicitor who perhaps needs some guidance and training but has extensive conveyancing experience, then this might be considered too.
It is a rare opportunity to work completely remotely with a busy conveyancing caseload.
This is a small team so you will be required to do your own admin as well as manage your caseload. Our client is looking for somebody who is happy to roll up their sleeves in this regard in return for flexibility. There will be no other admin/secretarial support.
The Successful Applicant
You must be a qualified UK solicitor with strong conveyancing experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work completely independently on their own caseload from start to finish (including all admin).
The role is very flexible. It is salaried and full time. This position will not suit somebody looking to work part-time hours, as it is a busy team and you will have your own clients/cases.
This is a permanent position and would not be suitable for consultancy/locum work.
Our client is in the Midlands but it is not essential that you are.
