The Role:

This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing Conveyancing Team within a reputable residential property department. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, leadership skills, and a forward-thinking approach to guide the team through complex transactions and maintain high standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of conveyancers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, and property finance, with a particular focus on high-value transactions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring the firm's reputation for excellence and personalized service is upheld.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Play a key role in the strategic growth of the department, contributing to business development and networking activities.

About You:

• You are a qualified solicitor, or legal executive, with a minimum of 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing, ideally within a recognized, high-end property team.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
• A proven track record of handling complex residential property transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
