We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Leader to guide a dynamic Simulation and Modelling team, developing critical models for a complex, high-profile programme.
In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with a skilled team of modellers with diverse expertise.
• Champion the development and maintenance of a range of sophisticated mathematical models.
• Ensure adherence to rigorous quality processes and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting continuous learning.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Contribute to the department's leadership team, shaping future modelling methodologies.

To be successful, you will possess:

• A strong understanding of mathematical modelling principles and applications.
• Expertise in project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.

Overview

• Job Title: Team Leader
• Location: Bristol
• Salary: Circa £55,000
• Onsite: 4-5 days a week 

Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British or Dual Citizens.
