How you'll make a difference
The HomeChoice service provides a high quality, comprehensive housing access service for households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. What we need from you
- It is essential you are educated to degree level, or have significant experience in front line housing advice in a similar setting and understanding of housing solutions and remedies.
- You will have experience in housing or homelessness, including significant knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation.
- You must demonstrate knowledge and experience of working closely with other specialist agencies and partners to ensure that housing issues, including homelessness, are resolved.
- You’ll have significant experience of dealing with customers, other statutory/voluntary bodies and other officers at different levels.
- Given the elements of this role, you must be able to manage challenging workloads and meet statutory timescales.
