DAS UK Group, a market-leading insurance and legal services provider, has a new opportunity for a Claims Team Leader to oversee the day to day operational performance of our Contracts Team in Bristol.
Ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do, you will assist the team to provide a legal expenses claims handling service. You will be a champion for customer service and have had previous experience of managing a team.
This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills, supporting and developing your team to progress and develop their careers but also to achieve targets, SLAs and deliver against initiatives. You’ll work with your team and other areas of the business (for example, the Customer Experience and Insights Team) to support our Claims Handlers to exceed in their role, ensuring excellent customer service and proactive, early resolution of complaints.
