What you will be doing
- Managing a team of case handlers and guide and coach them on their day to day caseloads
- Arranging 121s with your team members periodically as often as you see fit to ensure the team member is embracing the company’s culture way of working
- Keeping up to date with the ever changing demands of the conveyancing industry and be the first point of contact for any technical questions your team may have
- If required, to manage a small caseload due to business need or progress cases out of the remit of certain members of the team
- Motivated to learn how to deal with more complex titles and to enhance your knowledge as you progress
What you will have
- In depth knowledge of residential conveyancing
- A positive track record of managing a team of Case Handlers/Conveyancers
- Competent in all aspects of conveyancing and have working knowledge of new business processes and post completion
- Experienced in case management systems
- Experienced in referral conveyancing work and working knowledge of their SLAs
- Experience of working with Estate agents, financial advisers and third parties
