The Redshank is expanding once again, and we are looking for new members to join us on our journey.
We stand apart from our competitors by offering fresh, exciting flavours and locally sourced ingredients cooked from scratch, paired with the friendliest customer service in Inverness.
We are looking for cooks and service staff to meet and greet customers and deliver great service and amazing food.
- A full time site at the Victorian Market focusing on seafood.
- A mixed produce pitch at the Inverness marina but again focusing heavily on seafood. This is however a seasonal pitch operating April to October.
- With many outside catering events & festivals we have something for everyone.
We are looking for someone with

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a willingness to learn. We are wanting someone on the team who takes pride in your work and are reliable.
You will need to be flexible when it comes to working hours as we are open 7 days per week, but we are a strong believer in a good work-life balance.
