TQR Exeter is working with a leading manufacturer in Crediton, we are seeking an experienced Cook / Chef for an onsite subsidised cafe. If you are looking for work-life balance then this could be the role for you!

The role:
- Menu writing and planning
- Breakfast and Lunch only
- Prepare and cook all homemade classics daily for the staff and this is inclusive of breakfast
- Customer facing role and you will be engaging with staff everyday
- Responsible for everything in the kitchen as you will be working alone
- Keeping the kitchen clean and acheiving a 5* food rating
- Keeping all labelling and log books up to date
To apply:
- Must be able to demonstrate you can work alone in a kitchen, ideally coming from a contract catering background like cafe, carehome, schools or canteens
- Can manage in a customer facing role
- Able to take orders and manage customer orders (small numbers
- Available to work all year round Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm
- You must take pride in maintaining a well managed kitchen
- If not living in Crediton you must be a car driver due to public transport links not suiting shift times
