Sovereign and Network Homes have come together as SNG (Sovereign Network Group) – an organisation that takes the best of both and makes it even better.  We're looking for a Coordinator to support our FRA team, the role will be based out of our Poole office on a Permanent basis.

The Role

This role will include being responsible for the administration and planning support for the FRA delivery team, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dealing with FRA actions and evidence coming into a centralised In-Box from SNG and Contracted teams, working closely with the FRA Contracts Manager/Fire Risk officer to ensure meticulous data handling and logging through spreadsheets. 

What we look for

• Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role, experience within a compliance team is desirable
• Experience of using a number of different computer systems
• Ability to manage your own work load
• Strong customer service focus & Confident telephone manner
• Confident user of Excel
