An exciting role has arisen to be a Assistant based in their recruitment division for a global leading investment bank. As a Coordinator, you will be a crucial asset to the team to ensure the smooth running for candidates.
This firm are looking for a Coordinator who has worked within recruitment, ideally in the investment sector to be based in Birmingham only. You are an individual who has excellent communication skills, is proactive and highly organised.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Managing interviews
- Coordinating with potential candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Collecting feedback
- Liaising with multiple teams and recruiters
This role is perfect for you if you are a coordinator within HR or business administration and are deeply organised, thrive in a fast moving, high expectation environment, as well as being efficient and a self-motivator.
This role is 6 months, 5 days in office and you must be based in Birmingham.
