£36,000 Per Annum plus Inner London Weighting if applicable (£3,344) based on 35 hours per week
- Recognising the importance of building staff and volunteers’ capabilities, you will support colleagues to plan, deliver and evaluate their own Coproduction and Community Engagement activity
- You will also lead on discrete areas of work, including piloting initiatives to develop pathways for people with lived experience to co-produce our work.
- Working collaboratively with the team, you will use all of the learning and content from the team’s work to influence organisational practice at a senior level, ensuring that our main strategic cause areas develop clear ways to work in partnership with people with lived experience.
To be a successful Coproduction and Community Engagement Lead, Do you have?
- Knowledge of coproduction Community Engagement approaches and principles
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills and be able to build strong and effective alliances and relationships in order to make the necessary cultural and structural changes within the organisation.
- You must have extensive co-production, participation, or Community Engagement experience in a range of contexts; proven project management experience with the ability to plan and manage multiple concurrent projects and activities.
- Experience in developing tools and materials and delivering training to a broad and diverse audience.
