My client is a local authority that is delivering construction and planned maintenance work to enhance their commercial portfolio. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to building users.
Your New Role
NEC 3/4 Accredited Clerk of Works, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of planned maintenance and construction projects across our commercial properties. Your expertise will contribute to the quality, safety, and compliance of our projects. You will work closely with the Head of Property and liaise with the capital projects and maintenance teams delivering detailed reports and recommendations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
NEC Experience:
Proven track record managing construction projects under NEC 3 or 4 contracts.
Technical Knowledge:
In depth knowledge of building regulations, CDM, construction methods, and materials.
Attention to Detail:
Keen eye for quality and ability to spot deviations from specifications.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or related fields.
