Corporate Assistant

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Assistant for an initial 6 months with the possibility for extension on a rate of £16.12 per hour (PAYE). This role is working from home but will have one day per week to work in office, this can change depend on business’s needs. 
Responsibilities: 
- Provide high-level administrative and business support to the Corporate Office of SAAS, focusing on governance and risk reporting activities  
- Liaise directly with Directors, managing their commitments and calendars  
- Offer secretariat support for SAAS Committees/Boards 
- Collaborate with the Business manager to prepare information for the Executive Team 
- Manage information, both paper and digital, to ensure accuracy 
- Support business planning and key performance indicators for monitoring purposes.
