SalaryWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Solicitor to join our client’s dynamic Corporate team based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with 3-5 years' PQE in Corporate Law to become an integral part of a leading independent law firm.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Corporate team, you will play a crucial role in advising a diverse clientele, including large international organisations, ambitious investee companies, and high net worth individuals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and advising on all aspects of company law
- Handling private company M&A
- Managing early stage investment transactions
- Overseeing MBOs and MBIs
- Drafting joint ventures and investor/shareholders' agreements
- Crafting articles of association and other constitutional documents
- Managing demergers, company reconstructions, and reorganisations
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 3-5 years PQE or equivalent in Corporate Law (our client encourage’s those who are also more senior to apply)
- Strong legal and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent attention to detail and the capability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for business development
The firm are offering an excellent work culture, hybrid working, numerous benefits and a competitive salary of £65,000-£70,000.
