I am working with a Top 80 law firm recognised across 28 disciplines with a national and international presence. The firm has offices in the UK, Scotland, Germany and US. You will be joining a highly competent team based in the London office, working directly alongside the Partner.
The role
- Managing and leading transactions independently
- Overseeing the development of improvement initiatives
- Leading, supervising and managing the corporate team
- Preparing and presenting work and strategy reports to the Partner
- Supporting the corporate partner
About you
- You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Corporate law – mostly M&A, corporate restructuring and investment transactions
- Previous experience at a Top 200 firm would be an advantage
- Previous experience managing a varied corporate caseload
- The ideal candidate will have prior supervision and management experience
