Our client, a reputable international bank located in the heart of City of London, is looking for a Corporate Banking Senior Officer who will process and administrate the bank’s direct and syndicated lending, loan agency business, process agent business regarding the debt financing.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1)Support 'Head of MENA Desk’ and 'Head of Corporate Banking’ for preparing strategy and plans for review by Senior Management for the development of the bank’s banking business.
(2) Assist management of 'Head of MENA Desk’ and 'Head of Corporate Banking’ for all aspects (except credit management) of the bank’s loan book.
(3) Support 'Head of MENA Desk’ and 'Head of Corporate Banking’ for all aspects of loan syndication.
(4) Support 'Head of MENA Desk’ and 'Head of Corporate Banking’ for all aspects of the legal documentation process for areas of business above.
(5) Administration for all loan agency work and debt financing process agency work undertaken by the bank.
(6) Monitor credit issues and covenants for existing clients.
(7) Support Credit Managers in the case of loan approvals.
(8) Prepare the prompt filing of all reporting requirements to Head Office.
(9) Liaise with all other departments of the bank on all matters of new issues, participations and the funding thereof and prepare a situation report on such to the Risk Management Committee (RMC).
(10) To back-up Trade Finance Administrators from time to time
(11) Perform all other duties as may be reasonably requested by the 'Head of Corporate Banking’ and 'Head of Corporate Banking’.
[Requirements]
(1) Must be educated to degree level
(2) Must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience within banking or loan agency
(3) Must be able to read & analyse financial statement
(4) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments & solve the issues related with various business functions
(5) Excellent MS Office skills
(6) Must be able to commute to City of London (fully office based role)
[Conditions]
(1) Location: City of London (Bank area)
(2) Working hours: 8:30am~4:30pm
(3) Annual leave: 31 days in the first full calendar year and thereafter increased by one day per year into maximum of 36 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
(4) Basic salary: 40~50K (depending on experience)
