Description

• Providing legal advice in relation to Data Protection and privacy matters.
• Assisting in the drafting, review and negotiation of Data Protection agreements.
• Creating and implementing Data Protection policies and procedures.
• Maintaining knowledge of current Data Protection laws and regulations.
• Conducting Data Protection audits and reporting on findings.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure compliance with Data Protection laws.
• Providing training to staff on Data Protection issues.

Profile

A successful Corporate Data Protection Solicitor should have:

• A qualified lawyer.
• An excellent knowledge of Data Protection laws and regulations.
• A law degree from a recognised institution.
• Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
