This popular City law firm is looking to hire an in-house data privacy lawyer to manage the firm's Data Protection compliance, privacy and cyber security programme. You will be handling and responding to cyber security risks, dealing with information security client audits, managing subject access requests and reviewing Data Protection clauses in client terms and supplier contracts. You will also be involved in creating Data Protection and awareness programmes and delivering training to staff. A full knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework and experience of dealing with data security breaches, managing investigations and dealing with the regulator essential.
