Job Description

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on Data Protection and privacy matters
• Manage data breach incidents and lead the response strategy
• Advise on Data Protection impact assessments and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant Data Protection laws and regulations
• Draft, review and negotiate Data Protection agreements
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Data Protection policies and procedures
• Provide training to staff on Data Protection matters
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Data Protection laws and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Data Protection Lawyer' should have:

• A law degree from a reputable institution
• Proven experience in Data Protection law
• A qualified solicitor
• Excellent knowledge of GDPR and other relevant Data Protection laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft and review legal documents
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
