Corporate Events Manager

Overview

Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for an Events Manager on behalf of our Corporate Events client based in Chelmsford. You will assist the events team to create well-organised, smooth running, exceptional events for hundreds of clients each year.

The Role:

• Attend all events, in Chelmsford at the HQ, and around the UK (mostly South of UK)
• Planning, organisation and coordinating of events including liaising with venues and staff.
• Organisation of materials required at events. Managing stock and packing for transport.
• Coordination of all duties and roles at events.
• Networking with clients at events.
• Working alongside the sales team to convert sales at events
• Liaising with clients pre and post events from office by telephone.

Working Week:

• Working 5 days out of 7
• Weekend working is required due to the nature of the role

Your Experience:

• Full driving license preferred.
• Experienced in client facing sales
• Bubbly with an outgoing personality
• Confident and a self starter
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Ambitious and keen to grow a strong career
