The purpose of an internal account manager is to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with key decision makers. Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customers needs.
Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for the development of allocated accounts
- Qualify leads from the website and inbound telephone calls
- Create customer proposals
- Process pipeline reporting
- Prepare customer presentations
- Record all sales activity on the Company CRM system
