Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent and predictable sales performance.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, able to deal with clients up to an executive level.
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is an office based position working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
