Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their requirements to maximize sales opportunities.·
• Account management of existing in-house customers, whilst finding and building new accounts.
• Follow up on quotations to ensure the customer and give the customer accurate lead in times and product information.
• Dealing with customer queries relating to quotations; account status, price and specification would typically be the main items to cover with the customer.
• Sales and administrative support for the wider sales team.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment - experience of the construction, building materials and fire safety services industry would be beneficial to any applicant
• Experience working in an Internal Sales / account management position.
• It is preferable that the candidate has experience using a CRM system and is competent using Excel.
