In this role you will:

• Lead company valuations.
• Carry out market and buyer research, helping clients with due diligence and other assistance with business sales.
• Be actively involved with price negotiations, accurate forecasting and providing helpful support where needed.
• Providing assistance with Forensic Accounting.

In this role you will need:

• ICAEW/ACCA qualification, with experience of M&A gained in UK Practice.
• Fantastic level of communication.
• Experience in technical accounting.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High level of report writing skills.
• Open and enquiring mind.
