SalaryWe have partnered with a leading business advisory firm located in Hampshire in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Corporate Finance Executive. They are looking for an individual from an Audit background who is eager to leverage their skill-set into M&A.
As a Corporate Finance Executive you will work on projects from inception right through to completion within the mid-market space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of client deliverables, such as information memorandums and other reports.
- Assist on a number of both buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Contribute at client pitch meetings.
- Manage client relationships and attend meetings when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience
- Worked in an Accountancy practice e.g. Audit
- Motivated and inquisitive.
