Shorts Chartered Accountants are currently seeking a talented Senior Manager / Director to join their dynamic Corporate Finance team, renowned for delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mandates.
• Facilitate fundraising activities and capital raising initiatives for clients.
• Financial Due Diligence assignements for acquisitive clients or funders.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to support client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the firm's reputation .
• Help to drive the growth of the department, being actively involved in networking and business development activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance
• Qualified accountant.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Proven track record in executing M&A transactions, Financial Due Diligence and fundraising activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
