SalaryMy client is a leading B2B Publisher based in central London looking for a Management Accountant to join their team for a 9 Month contract. Please note you must be available to begin work immediately and have no notice period to be considered for this role.
The role:
- 9-month contract
- £40K pro-rata
- Immediate start: Monday 25th
- Hybrid - one day minimum in their Angel office
The candidate:
- Have Sage Line 50 (Cloud), Excel and Xero experience
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Be a strong communicator and be willing to work collaboratively with other teams
- Be open-minded and eager to learn within the role and help to streamline and improve processes
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To produce management and statutory reports including VAT, profit and loss accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
- Management of the audit processes and to ensure of a clean audit.
- To ensure we invoice promptly and accurately and that we are paid promptly.
- To manage our cash flow and oversee the operation, the purchase ledger and staff expenses.
- To pay suppliers in line with our policies and to oversee our banking relationships.
