Based in Northampton this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 1-2 days in the office per week.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a track record in Corporate Immigration work
- Be comfortable working their way round the home office sponsored management system
- Assist with Visa applications, Sponsor licences, Employment strategy and Compliance requirements
- Have the opportunity to build their knowledge base and assist the department on a range of other legal matters such as employment/HR matters and in time some commercial contracts
- Have worked in either a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Have a commercial / business outlook to their work
- Be between 1 – 4 years PQE, although would consider a strong newly qualified solicitor
