Senior Machine Learning Researcher (Asr)

JOB AD:

We are currently working with our Cambridge based client to find them a Senior Machine Learning Researcher with expertise in ASR.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working on all aspects of our streaming ASR system

Designing and running experiments to decrease latency

Supporting the team with production-scale ASR training

Working on algorithmic improvements with a particular focus on inference optimization

Keeping up to date with the latest research to ensure product stays on the cutting edge

The ideal candidate:

Masters or PhD in a related field

3+ years of industry experience working on ASR projects

Experience of product-focused R&D

Strong coding experience in PyTorch and Tensorflow

Experience in C++ or other high performance software languages is preferable, as well as knowledge of model compression techniques.
