Corporate Lawyer

Our leading national law firm client are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join its growing Corporate team in Birmingham.

You will be an associate of 5+ years qualified with experience in equity capital markets work which will include initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings and day to day advice on the legal and regulatory regime applicable to listed and quoted companies.

You will also have the opportunity to undertake a broad mix of other general corporate work including private company mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.

This is a fantastic role for a motivated lawyer seeking a new challenge and the chance to work in an innovative practice.
