Corporate Paralegal – US Law Firm – London.

Taylor Root have recently partnered with an leading US law firm, in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their Corporate team.

Our Client

The firm is recognised as one of the most successful law firms globally, and act for many of the most successful companies and institutions in the worlds on their high-stake matters and transactions. They have particular expertise in transactional corporate, finance and funds. The firms Corporate team advise across a full spectrum of areas including M&A and Private Equity.

The Role

In this position, your responsibilities will include providing assistance to the M&A and Private Equity teams, advising on a mixture of UK and international deals. You will be assisting on the administrative tasks, due diligence, drafting ancillary and legal documents and ad-hoc paralegal duties.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal with at least 6 – 8 months of experience working in a busy and successful Corporate team, ideally in another US law firm. If you have similar experience from another top law firm please do apply as your application may still be considered.
