Corporate Commercial Paralegal

Our client is a well-known and highly respected City player with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of international blue-chip clients.The Corporate M&A practice is looking for a paralegal to assist the team on a permanent basis. You will be involved across the full spectrum of Corporate / M&A work including:

• preparation for transactions e.g. setting up NewCos
• co-ordinating and drafting due diligence reports and co-ordinating data rooms
• drafting board minutes, powers of attorney and director appointment/resignation letters
• compiling completion packages, document bibles and post-completion filings
• corporate finance tasks including verification of investor documents

You must have excellent academics (LPC commendation / 2.1 / ABB) and at least 6 months experience working in corporate / finance /transactional team at comparable firm / in-house department.
