Description
- Review, analyse, and interpret complex commercial loan agreements.
- Advise on legal aspects of complex loan transactions.
- Prepare legal documentation related to loans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with colleagues and clients on loan-related matters.
- Create playbooks and form strategies for large projects
- Participate in team meetings and share knowledge and experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Profile
A successful Senior Paralegal - Loans Product should have:
- A law degree or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of loan agreements and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
